Happy Halloween to all children, parents, staff and friends of St Mary's. Photos of the children in the Junior School in their Book Week/Halloween costumes are available to view on the Book Week Page in the gallery.
Representatives from Foyle Hospice, HURT, San-Nas, Strabane Community Rescue Service and the Cancer Fund for Children came to the school on Wednesday to receive cheques; the proceeds of our sponsored walk.

Good luck to the Senior School Choir who will be taking part in a competition at the City of Derry International Choir Festival on Thursday 26th October. The Choir performed for the Junior and Senior school pupils at this mornings assemblies. A video of their performance will be available to view on .The Arts page in the Gallery
Today is the start of the Indian festival of Diwali. Well done to all the boys and girls in P5C who put on a fantastic Diwali presentation at the Alley Theatre this morning. The event organised by Strabane Ethnic Community Association brought schools together from across the region to share what they had learnt about Diwali this term. A video of the performance is now available to view on the P5 page.
Members of Strabane District Caring Service and family members of the late Mr Sean McShane MBE presented the school with two Buddy benches for use in the two school playgrounds. The Buddy Bench is somewhere for children to go when they need a friend to play with or need help from a playground buddy. We would like to thank SDCS and the family of Sean McShane for their generosity.
Well done to all the children in P2C who put on a fantastic Assembly today for the children in the Junior School. A video of todays Assembly is now available to view on the Primay 2 page on the website.
