Every morning at 9 a.m. Joe Wicks posts a live, child friendly workout on YouTube: "P.E. with Joe". All of the workouts are body weight movements so no equipment is required. Anyone who takes part just needs a device to stream it live. You can re watch past sessions on YouTube but its nice taking part in a live experience knowing that thousands of others are doing the same. Lets get our kids moving!
