The charity Action Mental Health MensSanna delivered their "Healthy Me" programme to the Primary 5 children this week. The programme promotes mental health and emotional wellbeing with a strong focus on prevention and self help. Cancer Focus were in the school this week to run workshops for children from Primary 1 to Primary 7. The younger children learnt about the importance of healthy eating and exercise and some even got to meet Genevieve the Goat. The children in the Senior school learnt about the dangers of smoking, photos of the workshops are available to view in the school gallery.
The children from Primary 4 went on a trip to the Ulster American Folk Park recently. Photos of the trip are now available to view on the Primary 4 page.

School will be closed tomorrow Thursday 16th and Friday 17th March for the St Patrick's Day break. Children will return to school on Monday. We would like to wish you all a happy St Patrick's Day. The children in Primary 6C put on a St Patrick themed Assembly today in the Senior School, this is now available to view on the Primary 6 page on the website.
Well done to everyone who raised money for Trocaire by taking part in "Mad Hair Day" a slideshow of photos can be viewed in the gallery.

Well done to the school netball team under the guidance of Miss Keenan who won again yesterday at their match in Greysteel. The team have now won three matches and drawn one and are in contention for a place in the finals of the North West League.
Well done to the boys and girls football teams (and their coaches Mr Lafferty and Mr McShane) who both won at the ‘Spring into Futsal’ 5 a side competition in Omagh recently. They have now qualified for the National Finals in Lisburn on the 3rd and 4th April.
