Congratulations to the Primary 7 children who received their swimming certificates at assembly in the Senior School this morning. Well done boys and girls!
The school council met with Lisnafin Ardnalea Trust Community Association this morning to discuss their ideas for the open space in Lisnafin Park. Some very interesting ideas for what space should be used for were put forward by the student councillors. Thanks very much to Mr Gavigan and Mr Cunningham for giving our children an input into the decision making process.
Thank you very much again to the St Mary's PTFA who have provided the funds for new playground equipment for the children in the Junior School.

Well done again to our All Ireland Champion dancers. Some of the girls put on a performance of their winning dance routine for the children in the Senior School this morning. A video of the girls performing their routine is now available to view in the School Gallery.
Well done to everyone who took part in the Road of Hope appeal this year. There was a fantastic response to the appeal which seen 457 shoe boxes collected. Thank you to all the boys and girls and their families who contributed to this very worthy cause. Well done to Dylan in Primary 7 who won the Portrait Competition at the recent Local Democracy Week event. Dylan travelled to the Guildhall this week to collect his prize.
Thank you so much to everyone who brought in a shoebox for the Road of Hope Shoebox Appeal. We have been informed that they will be collected on Tuesday morning. Anyone that has not yet brought in a shoebox and would like to donate to this very worthy cause can bring one in on Monday.
